The Everything DiSC Productive Conflict workshop is a classroom training and personalized learning experience that increases self-awareness around conflict behaviors. Participants will gain personalized techniques helping them respond to unavoidable workplace conflict.
This workshop focuses on deepening an individual’s understanding of themselves and others in regards to how they deal with conflict. In addition, it helps in identifying destructive behaviors and teaches techniques to redirect destruction into production. Participants will gain access to comparison reports, which allows them to gain new conflict response techniques for each workplace relationship they have.
This assessment can be utilized by all members of an organization, especially those that experience a high amount of conflict (whether avoidable or unavoidable) in the workplace.
