DiSC 363: Identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, and Concrete Action Steps

The Everything DiSC 363 assessment combines the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC. In addition to the 360-degree assessment, participants will receive three strategies that they can put into action immediately. The profile uses clear visuals and a conversational narrative to provide feedback from superiors, peers, and direct reports.

This workplace assessment focuses on providing participants with strategies aimed at improving their leadership effectiveness. In addition, 363 uncovers focused, balanced, and constructive feedback. Raters will choose from highly-tested behavior focused comments. This reduces stress on the part of the rater, and will allow the participant to effectively uncover their strengths and weaknesses in their leadership role. 363 identifies three challenge areas for a participant. Upon completion, the individual will uncover concrete action steps that will aid them in overcoming these areas of need.

This assessment can be incredibly useful to professionals in a managerial or leadership role, as it illuminates how others perceive them.
