    DiSC is an individualized assessment and leadership tool that leads to meaningful improvements in communication skills. Participants learn how to be more clear, collaborative and productive based on their unique communication and work styles. They also learn how to identify and better work with other styles. Each participant receives a customized profile and access to an interactive online platform that they can use long after the initial workshop.


  • Strategic communication in the workplace

    In this course you will learn specific strategies for effective communication to create better working relationships both internally and externally. You will learn the characteristics of skilled communicators, including how active listening, other-focused messages and positive intent lead to more productive communication that gets results. Discover pitfalls to avoid in communication and practice delivering clear and concise verbal messages. You will also discover how to employ formulas to better inform, persuade, coach, and inspire others in the workplace. Optional add-on for delivering difficult feedback to direct reports.


  • Business writing in the digital age

    In this course you will learn how to craft written messages that are clear, concise and results oriented. We will give special attention to digital communication and learn how to write in a way that makes it easy for the reader to scan and consume the information provided. Common errors will be identified so that you can eliminate them from your writing style. Optional add-on for writing and delivering Power Point presentations.
