This workshop, based on Developing the Leader Within You 2.0 by John C. Maxwell, is an in-depth look at topics critical to honing the skills essential to leadership. Intended primarily for managers and leaders with some experience in their roles, but suitable for leaders at any level of experience, these topics will help you understand what it means to lead by influence and not only by position or authority. Among other topics, it will cover ways to set priorities in your work, approaches to problem solving, providing a vision to your team, and the necessity of continual personal development for every leader. This program can also be delivered as a Master Mind small group program or focused coaching.
