Monica Scalf is a seasoned consultant, educator, and coach dedicated to helping professionals and organizations thrive. With expertise in executive education, Monica specializes in creating and delivering engaging seminars, workshops, and coaching programs tailored to the unique needs of the modern workplace. Her work emphasizes practical strategies for cultivating a powerful leadership presence and building the soft skills needed to lead and manage others with confidence.
Drawing on her deep understanding of leadership skills and team dynamics, Monica equips leaders at every level with tools to drive connection, clarity, accountability, and growth. Her approach blends actionable insights with a relatable, empowering style, inspiring her clients to build upon their strengths and excel in their roles.
As an executive educator and ICF-certified Coach, she has worked with teams and individuals at eBay, P&G, Great American, Lexis Nexis, itelligence, Deloitte, and more.
Based in the United States, Monica is life-long learner with a Master’s from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s from Ball State University. She is dedicated to helping others work and live well, encouraging clients to prioritize wellbeing for themselves and those they lead.
Brian Scalf, President
With a distinguished 26-year career in the manufacturing industry — including leadership roles as Sales Manager, Vice President, and President — Brian joined the Work Well Group as President in December 2024. In this capacity, he oversees strategic growth initiatives and works closely with clients to design and deliver impactful training and coaching programs that build leadership capabilities at every level of an organization.
As an executive educator, ICF-trained coach, and consultant, Brian draws on his extensive professional experience to help organizations empower their teams to take ownership, lead effectively, and achieve exceptional business outcomes.
Based in the United States, Brian is a proud graduate of Ball State University’s Miller College of Business. Passionate about fostering growth and transformation, he looks forward to sharing his expertise with organizations striving to elevate their people, strengthen workplace culture, and enhance profitability.
Carlina Scalf, Coach & Consultant
Carlina Scalf is an ICF-trained coach who specializes in working with emerging leaders on communication, leadership, and well-being skills. After a life-changing experience as a coaching client, Carli made the leap from corporate to solo entrepreneurship to pursue coaching, consulting, and professional writing full-time. She is passionate about sharing the coaching tools and frameworks that have helped her find more purpose, clarity, and confidence as a young professional in today’s modern workplace.
As a coach, Carli helps clients navigate the world of work with awareness and supports them in intentional, solutions-focused growth. Her approach is based in compassion and deep, strategic listening. Topics she especially focuses on are confidence, communication styles, navigating change, strengths-building, and introversion & sensitivity at work.
As a professional writer, Carli also supports content development at the Work Well Group. She is proud to support the organization’s mission of elevating and accelerating workplaces through modern training and coaching programs.
